As with purchasing a new car, know what car you want before you even start looking around. Ideally, you’ll be looking for a car that’s only a few years old but with low mileage. One of the tips to buying a car privately online is to look for one with an existing warranty. These relatively fresh cars will still be in a good enough condition that you won’t be spending on maintenance and repair for a few more years.

The most compelling reason to buy a car privately online is the hassle-free convenience of being able to choose from a selection of cars without being pressured by a salesman, or being treated with indifference at a dealership. How Much Is A Used Car Worth?

The answer to this question really depends on the used car we are talking about. There are several factors that are taken into consideration when determining the value of a used car.

Let’s discuss a few things that help determine a fair market value of a used car.

Condition – The condition of your car is an important factor when you are wondering how much your used car is worth. Sites such as Kelley Blue Book and the NADA Guide use ratings such as good, fair and poor. If there are rips and holes in the upholstery, chipped paint, or dents will bring less money than a car in near new condition.

Mileage – Another thing to consider is how much mileage has been driven on the vehicle. Obviously, lower mileage will bring a greater price than if the car has been driven a lot and has high mileage.

Options – The extra options available on the used car will also make a difference when looking at how much a used car is worth. If the vehicle is a 4 X 4 it will bring more money than if it is a 2 wheel drive. Other things such as a stereo system, electric locks and windows, a sunroof or alloy wheels add value to the used car.

Season – Depending on the vehicle, you may get more money depending on the season. If you are trying to sell a convertible, you will most likely get more money selling it during the Spring or Summer.

If you like luxury cars then there is no doubt that you’ve heard of Mercedes Benz. The brand is the most well known luxury cars and has been manufactured since the 50′s. Competitors in the prestige market include BMW, Audi, Porsche and Jaguar. Most people assume all Mercedes cars are expensive but that isn’t the case. The entry level S-Class is relatively affordable while the upper level S-Class is one of the finest and most expensive vehicles in the large luxury sedan market. Here are some of their most popular cars.

The C-Class is Mercedes entry-level vehicle. It’s a bit smaller than the E-Class in terms of size and interior space and also less powerful. However, it’s relatively affordable with prices in the low $30k range and therefore perfect for a recent college graduate or someone who wants a taste of luxury without having to spend a fortune.

Next we have the mid-level E-Class sedan. T. The base model is equipped with a V6 3.5 Liter engine with 268 hp and 258 lb feet of torque. The Economy and Your Car

Used cars for sale by owner continue to be a growing and profitable trend. As the economy continues to get worse and people are uncertain about their job security, more are keeping their used cars and paying them off instead of buying a new car. Everyone seems to be cutting back on all spending, trying to prepare for harder times, which makes great sense, because we are living in uncertain times. It seems things we used to think of as being secure are now at great risk. In my opinion it is a good thing in a way, we are learning to live within our means again, instead of maxing out our credit all the time.

If only our government would learn this as well, we would once again have a strong nation. For many years the American people have been living way above what they could really afford, due to all the credit available. Even our country has done the same. As I am writing this the USA is facing a possible down grade in its credit rating because there is not enough money to pay the bills. This is not the way God planned for us to live, but somewhere we lost track of doing things the correct way and decided that buying everything on credit was the way to live.

Kia is name that is much admired and respected in the car manufacturing industry, and its newest concept car is being greeted with enormous anticipation. As one of the most watched for cars, the Kia GT Concept raised great interest at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This model brings Kia to new levels of engineering; integrated with the latest in automotive technology and the future of automotive standards.

Engine and Performance

The Kia GT concept is powered by a Normal V6 Engine. However, power remains guaranteed and performance is set at its optimum level. It has a displacement of 3300.00 cc and produces 395.00 HP and 393.72 ft-lb torque. It has an 8 speed automatic transition. Measuring 74.41 wide, 184.65 inches long, and a wheelbase of 112.60 inches, the car has enough build to be carried out by its powerful engine.
